Welcome to Redditch Lifesavers

​

Redditch Lifesavers is a dedicated water safety and first aid club committed to educating and empowering young people with essential lifesaving skills. We are proudly affiliated with the Royal Life Saving Society UK (RLSS UK), ensuring our training meets nationally recognised standards.

​

Our club delivers high-quality education for young people aged 9 years and over. Through engaging, practical sessions, members gain the knowledge, confidence, and skills needed to stay safe in, on, and around water — and to help others in an emergency.

We are based at Abbey Stadium, Redditch (B97 6EJ) and meet every Tuesday from 7:00pm to 8:30pm in a supportive, friendly, and inclusive environment.

As a club, we:

• Teach members a wide range of lifesaving, rescue, water safety, and basic first aid skills

• Build confidence, teamwork, and leadership through structured training

• Support young people through the RLSS Rookie and National Lifesaving Academy programmes, helping them progress and develop into future lifesavers

• Encourage responsibility, awareness, and respect for water safety both in and out of the pool
